BUILDING PROJECTS

The recently completed MOUs with the National Cathedral and the Brookings Institute are representative of the Partnership’s work.  The Cathedral together with some of the sister facilities on its 59 acre campus will have a retrofit done by Johnson Controls with financing provided by Hannon Armstrong.  Energy efficiency improvements to the Brookings Institute will be performed by Pepco Energy Services.
